Every Lensis Builders home is custom, and specifically designed for the individual homeowner. We don’t sell 3 or 4 house plans, we design the home YOU want to live in. You will work very closely with Richard Lensis to ensure the home we design is the home you’ve always dreamed of. From the front porch to the roof pitch — this home will be uniquely yours. Whether you want a 1200 SQ. FT Cape Cod or a 5000 SQ. FT Georgian— we will create a custom virtual computer design that you can walk through. Richard Lensis has extensive building science training and provides third party verifications for local area builders—so when it comes to high performance homes—start with the experts.
