How Much Does A Kitchen Remodel Cost?

November 4, 2014

Last week we covered how much it typically costs to remodel or create a bathroom addition, and this week we’re doing the same with kitchens. Of all the remodels you could do in your home, the kitchen may have the greatest impact. Kitchens are arguably where people spend the majority of their time – whether you’re cooking, entertaining, or sitting down for a family meal. A kitchen addition or remodel not only improves your home’s aesthetic, but makes it a more comfortable, functional space. Kitchens can be a large up front investment, but in the long term they pay off – they ultimately add huge resale value to your home. Let’s take a look at the types of remodels you can do, as well as how much they typically cost.

Include energy- efficient wall oven, cooktop, ventilation system, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and custom lighting. Add new resilient flooring.
